Coach Pamela takes you through three different levels of strength training exercises designed to meet you at any fitness level.

 

She demonstrates and provides detailed instructions on all three different levels of difficulty to make sure you do the exercises correctly and to prevent any injuries.

​The Monthly LIVE Online Workout is usually the third Saturday of the month at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time. If you miss a Saturday, no worries, you have access to the replay!​

In the Fit Friends Forum, the private online community you'll connect with like-minded members to celebrate wins, problem solve obstacles in your way, gain confidence, be motivated, and build a positive winning mindset.

Weekly Coach Check-ins will keep you focused, accountable, and moving forward to your goals.
