My clothes were starting not to fit. The weight had been creeping up. Then I really knew it was time to lose weight. I was asked if I was pregnant, and I was pretty confident that I wasn’t. I had my lipid panel checked just to see where I was at. My cholesterol was fine, but my triglycerides were outrageously high.
I needed to do something.
My diet wasn’t really bad. I wasn’t eating donuts every day or anything like that. My diet was just bad enough that my weight was up and my triglycerides were high. I was frustrated, and I didn’t know what to do.
I asked Pamela for help.
My diet changed slowly. It is now exciting. We plan at the beginning of each week. We usually try a new recipe every week. I don’t feel deprived. We eat together as much as we can. Rarely do I eat something different from my husband at mealtime. Things have completely changed.
I have lost over twenty pounds since the first of the year. My clothes either fit again or are now too loose.
My triglycerides are now normal. This is all very exciting for me. It takes some effort, but it is worth it. ~ Stephanie
