Learn new skills.
Walk with a welcoming community.
Give back along the way.
Join us each month for a fun, fresh take on Nordic walking!
We’ll begin with a 30-minute themed technique class, followed by a friendly community walk where you can put your new skills into practice. Everyone walks at their own pace, and we’ll finish together with a cool-down stretch.
But the fun doesn’t have to end there! Afterward, everyone is invited to continue the conversation, laughter, and connection at a nearby local establishment.
Each month explores a different way Nordic walking can help you strengthen your body, improve your fitness, and feel more confident—from toning your legs and strengthening your core to shaping your arms, burning more calories, training your brain, and navigating hills and different surfaces.
No experience is needed. Just come ready to move, learn, meet new people, and have fun!
Bring your own Nordic walking poles or rent a pair from Bod Squad for $10.
Come for the fresh air and a great workout. Stay for the laughter, friendly faces, and fun of walking together.
Walk With Purpose
Every registration helps support a cause that matters.
From May through October, our walks benefit the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.
From November through April, our walks benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
You’ll strengthen your body, connect with your community, and give back—all during one enjoyable morning together.
Don’t Have Nordic Walking Poles Yet?
No problem! Nordic walking poles are available to rent from Bod Squad for $10 per event.
After five paid rentals, you’ll receive $30 off the purchase of a new pair of Nordic walking poles from Bod Squad.
Try them, experience the difference, and find the right poles for you.

Where We Walk

For our Hills and Different Surfaces class, we’ll head to Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park in Meridian for a change of scenery—and a few new challenges!
