This Nordic Walking Workout series is designed to introduce participants to the numerous benefits of Nordic Walking while progressively enhancing their technique for maximum effectiveness. Nordic Walking is a full-body exercise that improves cardiovascular health, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and overall endurance. The course consists of six 55-minute workout sessions, each focusing on a different technique to ensure participants gain the most from their walking experience. A separate 30-minute "Intro to Nordic Walking" session is a prerequisite for any of the six workout technique classes. This introductory session ensures all participants are familiar with the "Why" we use the poles, proper pole set up and basic movement patterns before advancing to the technique-focused workouts.
