We here at BodSquad know that not all runners train all year

( we're fairweather runners too ). So during this strange time, Pamela has put together a wonderful living room production training program to get you ready.

What you will receive in this 8-Week base training program:

• 2 training sessions per week (16 total ) via Zoom

  you will get weekly invites for Monday & Wednesday live sessions.
 
Don't worry if you can't make it, you'll always have access to the archive.
